I am an Executive Coach, Mentor and Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in senior HR and organisational leadership.
My career has been built at senior level: leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping people strategy and working closely with executive leaders, boards and governance structures.
My background spans public and private sector organisations, with a particular focus on leadership, culture, inclusion and organisational effectiveness.
I have led large scale cultural transformation, workforce strategy and organisational change, including supporting services through external scrutiny, reform and sustained performance improvement.
I've delivered keynote speaking, workshops and advisory work across leadership and inclusion.
