I recently attended a really impactful workshop that Anne delivered at the AFSA Winter Conference, the session was really engaging and focused on self doubt. I took away a few key tools that I have already been able to use in my day to day life, the most useful was a grounding method to use in moments of self doubt.
It centred around not focusing on what you might not be able to do, but instead on what you would trust yourself to do. I found it a really quick method to transition from a moment of self under appreciation to reaffirming confidence in myself and my abilities.
